At any given day there are opportunities to get a free skin, by lucky board, Midnight Mania, Random Gift Giver and Mini Manias, as well as the monthly group gift. The Darks Packs have the darker tones and the Lights Packs have the lights! You get various shades in each normally.
Just use the neck faders that come with your head skin layer, and find the base tone that fits the best. There you go, now you have a complete skin!
