This post took an interesting turn. I was playing with items both from Necrotize and Abnormality, and ended up with a futuristic Grendel’s Mother type situation.
There are many interpretations of Beowulf, and while the poem itself is lovely, and really takes you into the minds of men at that time of history, I like the modern animated movie adaptation. Grendel’s Mother is a unnamed female water witch, a decadent of Giants. She is part lizard, part animorphic humanoid. She also is very devoted to her offspring and goes full on momma bear when anything happens with them.
While I can’t say my outfit directly encompasses what she is, I enjoyed the similarities of it.
