The time had come. She felt it in her bones. Everything was aligned, and she had all the preparations waiting, just waiting, She always knew when the time was right, and this year was no different.
While this plane continued to be ravaged with time, she was caught out of the loop, always watching, always waiting. The bridges to other planes only opened every so often, and as she hopped from one to another, searching, she wasn’t changed by the flow of time. She came before time started.
There was one that came even before that, the one she always searched for on this long journey. He Maker, her Master. She felt him so near. This bridge might just be the one she had been waiting for.
So she stands, having completed the ritual, watching, still waiting . . .
Mournful Monday is starting to wrap up, with only 3 days left until the opening round is done. Never fear tho, Mournful Monday happens every 1st and 3rd monday of each month.
Today I am using the Animated Grimoire prop from Quills and Curiosities, to flesh out my scene. It has a rotating floor decal full of spellcraft goodness, as well as the pedestal, candles and book itself.
I also and wearing the Aldrine corset from Stargazer. You get 3 options in each colour pack, a Glitter, Latex and Patterned version. They also have a wearable tester, which is like a demo, but has no words on it. So really, just a fully functioning product. Nifty way to do a demo.
Lastly, while you can’t see it well in this shot, I am wearing the new Fur Makeup from The Stringer Mausoleum. It is not totally an eyeshadow, as the makeup goes right on up your forehead. It makes for some really interesting looks. There are some that are more vibrant, and some that are more standard. You get 8 options in the pack.
